Having worked for major banks as a Home Lending specialist followed by successfully running a mortgage broking business with a loyal client base, launching a real estate agency was the natural next step.
Known for financing transactions other struggle with and structuring complex deals, Gurdev has earned the status of a Platinum Broker with the major banks allowing his clients to secure the sharpest interest rates on the market.
He now brings his tenacious negotiation skills and insight to the real estate sector and is determined to build a brand that is known for its results & customer experience.
Gurdev has a degree in Commerce-Accounting from Macquarie University and has played representative cricket for a number of clubs including Balmain, Hawkesbury & Blacktown.
Having developed a number of residential projects at both ends of the pricing spectrum has allowed him develop a thorough understanding of process and quality of build that is fundamental in determining the value of a property.

Anmol is a Partner at Paras & Baz Real Estate and Finance and has over 9 years’ experience in the property industry specialising in Asset Management and Marketing of sub-regional and large format shopping centres such as Rouse Hill Town Centre, Chatswood Chase, Supa Centa Belrose/Moore Park/Tuggerah and Caringbah Home.
After completing a degree in Property Economics from University of Technology Sydney, she was selected to be one of three graduates Australia wide for a Property Graduate Program working for Colonial First State Asset Management, who managed Chatswood Chase and Chadstone shopping centres at the time. There she acquired lifelong skills of customer management, marketing, events management and providing a memorable customer experience which is at the forefront of her current business.
Following the Graduate Program, she progressed her career at Supa Centa Belrose located in Sydney’s northern beaches and worked her way up to the position of a Marketing Manager. During this time, she was involved in Casual Mall Leasing, Centre Management & Business Development divisions and assisted with the re-launch of Supa Centa Moore Park – a renowned inner-city large format shopping centre. Here she honed her skills in sales and asset management and developed a reputation for outstanding service.
Two kids and five years later, she joined Rouse Hill Town Centre’s marketing team managing a diverse range of promotions, events and campaigns with her most memorable time being the first of it’s kind Christmas Light show titled – Hills Illuminate – held in conjunction with the Hills Shire Council.
With encouragement from her Husband, Gurdev Singh, who is a well-established mortgage broker, the duo set out to launch an independent and boutique real estate and finance agency in the newly formed suburb of Norwest.
Naturally an outstanding achiever with an accompanying strong work ethic, Anmol brings her unique skill set to the real estate industry focusing on point of difference marketing, tenacious negotiation and a customer service orientated approach.
